Interior Design Process
Real estate improvements are one of the most expensive most people will make in their lifetime. Since every dollar counts, anyone with a realistic budget should hire an interior designer, ideally at the very beginning of a project.
Designers can help guide you working with contractors and suppliers. They also can recommend the best materials and the best value. A good interior designer will know how to best allocate funds, especially if there isn’t much room for flexibility.
Fixing a preventable mistake can end up blowing a budget. A professional will recognize errors before it is too late. This is also why a designer should be hired as early into a project as possible.
This is what you can expect from a design process:
1. Initial Consultation where we discuss the clients needs and general style they like to start the design process.
2. On-site visit where we take all the measurements and photos of the existing space. We walk through our rough plans to understand how the space flows.
3. Concept and technical drawings are provided for clients' approval to help visualize the space and make any potential edits.
4. After approval, the kitchen is sent to production and the construction process starts!
5. Throughout the process, we are always on top of the progress of the renovation, including selecting finishes such as tiles, accessories to complete your space.. Click here and let’s chat, we'd love to work with you!
