  • CONSULTATION

    The first step towards the space of your dreams.

    The consultation is our opportunity to meet for the first time, usually on site. This is where we get to know each other, develop a scope of work, get the feel of the space & your style, discuss budget and your general requirements to make the space functional and reflective of your style and personality.

    Typical consultation is 2 hours.

  • CONCEPT DESIGN PACKAGE

    During this phase, we will determine the look & feel of your new space. We develop and present 2D floor plans and 3D drawings of the space. This phase includes:

    Site measure

    2D drawings - floor plans, key elevations

    3D renderings

    Millwork design and product pricing

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

  • CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    During this phase we refine and finalize the design.

    Upon final design approval, we will turn the drawings into a full construction package for the contractor and trades. This includes demolition plans, electrical, plumbing and construction drawings.

    We also create finish schedules and product schedules (as required).

  • DECOR

    We offer comprehensive home decor services where we can provide you with a furniture and decor package to complete the space, including:

    Sourcing fabrics, furniture, decor items

    Selecting ready made and/or custom furniture

    Light fixtures

    Window coverings

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    As your project manager, Allure Interiors will oversee the project from start to finish.

    We work closely with contractors, trade professionals and suppliers to ensure that the project runs smoothly and on schedule. We become point of contact for both you and the contractors, and are there to ensure the design concept is maintained.

    At the completing stages of the project, we are there to assist with resolving last minute deficiencies to close out the project.
